OBJECTIVE & SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

Lead the initiative for the transition to a new workforce scheduling system.Serve as a retail standards authority to enhance implementation, efficiency, and compliance in collaboration with the China Retail Operations team across various regions.Support the Senior Manager of Digital & Process in overseeing all related procedures within retail locations.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Workforce Management & Scheduling System:

Accountable for driving the adoption of a new scheduling platform utilized by all 400 directly operated retail outlets for daily functions.Engage and communicate effectively with IT, HR, GBS, NTP, and other divisions to guarantee a smooth integration of the new platform.Independently manage the project lifecycle, from planning through execution to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.Facilitate a seamless transition to the new system, ensuring continuity and efficiency in scheduling, attendance, and leave management.Identify opportunities for enhancements in the new scheduling and attendance system, proposing improvements that align with the company's operational objectives.Deliver training and support to ensure all stakeholders are proficient in the new system, promoting a successful transition and acceptance across all locations.

Process Oversight:

Collaborate with the Global Retail Operations team to implement HOR2.0 across over 500 stores.Demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence, focusing on procedures and related projects to elevate store standards and consistency.Analyze, refine, and develop process flows, SOPs, and operational tools for all store checkpoints.Supervise the regular updates and releases of Global Store Operations Manuals and Policies.Continuously evaluate all processes and procedures to simplify operations and enhance productivity.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Shared Retail Team KPIs encompass both Topline and Bottom line performance of the Own Retail business.Individual performance KPIs will be established.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Preferred experience in project management.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3-5 years of experience in the marketing or retail sector of a global consumer goods organization.A minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Retail Excellence.A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in business or related fields is preferred.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
