About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Director to join our team at BALENCIAGA FASHION SHANGHAI CO. LTD. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a retail sales team and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a retail sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff training, and complaints handling.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga's standards and requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture.
  • Build customer database and maintain a good relationship with valuable customers and VIP.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in retail and customer services industry, with a proven track record of people and store operation management. You should have an inclusive leadership style, excellent organizational skills, and be adaptable, persuasive, and dynamic.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail and customer services industry with people & store operation management.
  • Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, persuasiveness, risk-taking & dynamic.
  • High sensitivity to clients' experiences and loyalty.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.
