Lead Allocation Analyst for UGG Retail

This role is responsible for managing the allocation processes for UGG retail full-price locations, including concept and flagship stores. The individual will collaborate with various departments (Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and Retail teams) to analyze store and regional profiles through performance metrics and communication. This will enable the execution of precise and timely allocations that align with the store matrix and sales objectives, covering initial allocations, replenishments, and consolidations for seasonal products down to gender/category/style/size levels to achieve business goals.

40% Allocation, Replenishment, and Consolidation

Implement the initial allocation for each store based on seasonal product size levels, guided by the Launching Plan and Assortment Plan in conjunction with Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Logistics teams. Monitor store performance and inventory levels, leading weekly replenishment initiatives to ensure timely and adequate inventory support to enhance sales and productivity. Propose and execute timely consolidation strategies for stores and regions, and facilitate cross-region/channel transfers based on business requirements to optimize sales opportunities.

Develop and implement inventory strategies for holiday seasons and promotional events.

30% Analysis and Reporting

Continuously track retail sales and inventory movements to identify the need for replenishment or consolidation actions. Formulate and communicate allocation strategies based on current sales performance and inventory status across various stores and regions. Analyze trends in store performance and size, providing feedback to the buying and merchandising teams, and integrating key insights into future allocation strategy planning.

10% Bulk Order Management

Establish and maintain all retail orders with complete accuracy and compliance with bulk order policies prior to the commencement of each brand season.

Oversee daily checks on the status of the bulk order schedule.

Maintain and enhance allocation-related reports, including Retail Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Stock on Hand databases, Allocation Database, seasonal product order maintenance, inbound reserves, monthly DTC channel sales, month-end inventory data analysis, and other relevant reports.

10% New Store Openings

1) Spearhead the preparation and execution of inventory deliveries for new store openings to ensure a consistent product assortment and adequate depth to meet business targets.

2) Liaise with Merchandising, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Retail teams regarding any product-related issues.

10% Cross-Functional Collaboration and Additional Responsibilities

1) Coordinate with Retail Operations on inventory and replenishment adjustments, inventory concerns, and any other pertinent information that may affect store operations.

2) Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries of new products.

3) Work alongside store and area managers to address special stock requests.

4) Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
