Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of sales objectives for the store
  • Optimize the commercial potential of the boutique
  • Enhance sales performance by category in alignment with corporate strategy
  • Mentor and develop store personnel to reach targets
  • Inspire, retain, and assess team members
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages information sharing and teamwork
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively
  • Maintain adherence to Bottega Veneta standards and protocols
  • Manage client relationships through the Client Book
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Analyze corporate reports, conduct competitor assessments, and guide Assistant Store Managers in mystery shopping techniques
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships and expand the client base
  • Train staff on delivering exceptional customer service in line with company expectations

Candidate Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in luxury retail
  • Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and executing tasks
  • Strong communication, motivational, and team leadership abilities
  • University degree preferred
  • Proficient in English and office software applications
