Position: EC Point of Purchase Store Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the operations of EC Point of Purchase stores to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal teams (regional, Brand) and external partners (key account customers).
  • Engage with marketing and finance teams to provide accurate sales data for budget and forecasting purposes.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and simplification of business models. Take charge of inventory tracking and assessment.
  • Work with internal (Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Product Supply, Quality) and external (third-party distributors, etc.) stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Assist regional leaders and key account managers in strengthening internal and external networks to foster improved collaboration across groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing EC Point of Purchase stores.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Bayer's business systems and stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required.
