Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Ecommerce Store Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall ecommerce strategy for our Tmall flagship store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce operations and a deep understanding of the Tmall platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy for the Tmall flagship store, including product layout, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.
  • Operational Management and Execution: Oversee the daily management of the Tmall store, ensuring that the store page design, user experience, and product listing processes meet Tmall's requirements and company brand standards.
  • Team Building and Talent Development: Establish and develop a high-performing ecommerce business team, defining internal workflows, guiding team members to improve their skills, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute various online marketing activities, utilizing Tmall's in-platform resources (such as Direct Channel, Drill Exhibition, and Super Recommendation) for precise placement, while exploring external promotion channels to expand brand exposure.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Support: Thoroughly mine and interpret business data to provide accurate data support and decision-making basis for senior management, based on analysis results, adjusting operational strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure that store operations comply with Tmall's regulations and relevant national laws, timely handle unexpected situations and crisis events, and reduce risk impacts.

Requirements

  • Full-time bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as marketing, ecommerce, or business management.
  • At least 5 years of ecommerce operations experience, with at least 3 years of Tmall store operations experience, with a preference for experience in ecommerce operation management at internet giant or well-known brand Tmall flagship stores.
  • Familiarity with Tmall platform rules and operating modes, understanding of the latest ecommerce trends and marketing strategies.
  • Proven data-driven decision-making ability, skilled in using data analysis tools (such as Business Manager) for business analysis.
  • Familiarity with various ecommerce platform promotion tools, including but not limited to Direct Channel, Drill Exhibition, and Super Recommendation.
  • Excellent project management and teamwork abilities, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources, drive project implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to cultivate and develop team members' abilities, lead the team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, and business negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with internal company teams and external cooperation partners.
  • Proven ability to achieve significant sales growth in previous work, with experience in planning and executing large-scale promotional activities.
  • Sensitivity to ecommerce market changes, experience in leading major product launches or brand promotion activities, and achieving noticeable effects.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, with a passion for work, striving for excellence.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly, with strong learning and adaptation abilities.
  • Honesty and integrity, adherence to commercial ethics and professional conduct, customer-centricity, and commitment to improving user experience and service quality.
