About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our high-performance retail team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior retail management role, preferably with The LEGO Group or similar organization
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
