Store Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store operations, and ensuring that our store meets the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Performance: Meet sales targets and drive commercial growth through effective store operations and customer engagement.
  • Pinnacle Brand Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through customer service, store navigation, and visual merchandising.
  • Store Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Product Management: Work with cross-functional teams to secure product availability, ensure product displays are visually appealing, and maintain a well-organized stockroom.
  • Store Environment Management: Ensure the store is well-maintained, with clean and organized fixtures, and that all health and safety policies are followed.
  • Collaboration with Hub Cross-Functions: Provide insights and inputs from store operations and customer perspectives to drive efficient collaboration and support.
  • Collaboration with Landlord: Maintain close collaboration with landlord operation partners and seek support and resources as needed.
  • Ownership of the Store: Have ownership of the store budget and cost plan, and control expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Global Store Visits: Hold global visits with store tours and introductions, providing informed feedback and insights.
  • Store Pilot Projects: Lead the store team in taking pilot projects, sharing constructive inputs, and supporting national rollouts.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a store management level position in an international retail environment.
  • High interest in learning innovative retailing and delivering pinnacle brand experiences.
  • Experience managing and delivering commercial results.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and proven record of developing staff.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of and experience with retail POS systems and operations, and budgeting, profit & loss statements, scheduling, loss prevention, and cash management.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional travel may be required.
  • English reading and writing is a must; fluent in English oral business communication.
