The Retail Store Experience Manager is responsible for developing retail store concepts that meet business needs while maintaining Vans execution quality and satisfaction standards.

By understanding different store formats and working closely with the Creative Team & Omni-channel Team, the Retail Store Experience Manager sets guidelines to achieve business goals.

Key Result Areas:

• Create retail store guidelines for Stand-alone stores & Shop-in-shop.

• Plan multi-format retail store guidelines with capacity calculations for fixture systems and retail tools.

• Manage project timelines for different guidelines and development roll-out schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors and RBE teams, including design, prototyping, costing, and usage guidelines.

• Update and maintain the retail store online tools with newly developed retail store guidelines.

• Consolidate feedback from stakeholders to further enhance guideline content and scope.

• Leverage and integrate consumer insights to deliver effective consumer touchpoints and brand experiences.

• Manage and own retail store budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.

Competency Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related disciplines.

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Experience:

Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the fashion industry, street fashion preferred.

Minimum Supervisory Experience: 5 years of experience.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: University degree in marketing or communication.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English, Chinese, or any Asian language.

Specific Working Conditions:

Frequency of Travel: As required.
