Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing profitable business opportunities with all relevant customers, ensuring a strong partnership between Continental and the OEMs in China region.
- This role involves supporting strategic sales planning, annual budget, and monthly forecasts, as well as ensuring their implementation to achieve business goals.
- A key responsibility will be developing the OEMs in China region in compliance with the business strategy to ensure long-term technologically leading partnerships.
- The successful candidate will represent Continental on customer events, care for the OEMs on Continental events, and build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at customers.
- This role also involves supporting SCM process to ensure timely delivery of tires to customers, managing tire development projects for OE customers, and acting as a technical liaison between OE customers and tire development team.
- In addition, the selected candidate will support customer complaint handling activities and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or relevant subjects, as well as years' experience in tire development, automotive engineering, or account management field.
- The candidate should possess project management skills, strong skills in problem-solving and negotiation, and fluent local and English language.
Compensation:
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
