Business Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities through fact-based analysis and compelling justifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and technical skills, and fluency in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify business development opportunities through fact-based analysis
  • Develop compelling justifications for business development initiatives
  • Engage potential partners and manage communications and relationships
  • Participate in due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations
  • Oversee the deal process and execution to achieve objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of working experience in business development, M&A, financial advisory, or management consulting
  • Strong academic background, with preference given to those with an MBA or equivalent experience
  • Ability to think strategically and align with company objectives for the long term
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to evaluate opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to think critically and analyze complex problems from multiple perspectives
  • Motivated, highly organized, friendly, and adept at working collaboratively
