Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive business growth and development in the region.
Job Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the region. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
