About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive business results.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the cleantech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
