Sales Director for East Region

Purpose and Management Objectives
The Sales Director for East Region will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets and delivering business results that meet the company's financial goals. This includes building the Adidas brand in the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in the East Region to meet business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop the annual business plan, including POS expansion, assortment planning, and retail operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as POS opening/upgrade/closure, sales growth, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
- Manage customer/geography/channel development and the implementation of sales/retail plans with key account branch companies.
- Drive the retail expansion progress and work with the Retail Development team to ensure an aligned retail development plan is well-conducted.
Financial Management
- Be responsible for overall sales performance across the East Region.
- Control the Travel and Entertainment (T&E) budget within the team.
Business Processes and Integrity
- Manage key business processes, including forecasting and financial information provision.
- Implement control systems to guarantee a high level of integrity.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strategic planning and overall management skills.
- Strong leadership, persuasiveness, and people management skills.
- Tolerance to stress, high energy, and strong job ownership.
- High degree of integrity and loyalty.
Education and Experience
- University degree in business with a focus on marketing and sales.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes.
- At least 5 years' experience in people and operational management.
