Sales Director, China Region

Vista is a global aviation company offering unparalleled service to its Members. As a Sales Director, China Region, you will be the first point of contact for all Vista prospects in the region, dealing with all aspects of their travel requirements and collaborating with other teams to ensure tailored flights.
Our innovative business model allows customers to pay only for the hours they fly. We envision a future where business aviation is simple and delivers the ultimate flight experience worldwide.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling charter flights, XO memberships, and VistaJet Programs to end-clients in the China region, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Selling charter flights, XO memberships, and VistaJet Programs to end-clients within the China region
- Generating and maintaining a large and active pipeline of opportunities
- Negotiating within the commercial boundaries as set by the EVP & President of International team
- Improving brand awareness within the region
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the Vista CRM system
- Managing current customer accounts and developing relationships with your customer base
- Generating referrals from your current customer and prospect base
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 7+ Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English; an additional local language would be an advantage
- Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious
