Sales Manager East Region Leadership Position

Overview
As a key member of our Adidas Sales team in East China, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion in the region. The role requires a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales growth and business expansion.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the local market and sales trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
