Overview

As a key member of our Adidas Sales team in East China, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion in the region. The role requires a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales growth and business expansion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and sales trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
