Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the East Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our annual sales strategy and regional sales plan, developing new channels and customers, and expanding our brand and company influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute annual sales strategy and regional sales plan
  • Develop and maintain existing channels and customers, and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely completion of annual sales targets
  • Understand and analyze dealer project reserves, and guide dealers in developing new business opportunities
  • Continuously develop new dealers and projects
  • Process dealer purchase orders, track receivables, and coordinate after-sales services
  • Complete sales forecasts on time and analyze sales data regularly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the building materials industry, preferably in engineering sales
  • Experience in engineering channel customer development, maintenance, and management is preferred
  • Familiarity with engineering project sales and bidding processes is a plus
  • Strong sales results orientation, with clear work priorities and a plan to achieve results
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and perseverance, with strong creativity and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
