Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collecting customer requests and forwarding them to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintaining sales plans and tracking customer progress within designated regions.
  • Utilizing various sales channels (phone, email, WeChat) to sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Building a database of key clients and analyzing their purchase data.
  • Monitoring regional market trends and competitor activities.
  • Preparing reports to track sales performance and results for management review.
  • Collaborating with customer service teams to coordinate sales activities and expedite order execution.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to integrate sales and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support or related fields.
  • Prior knowledge of Auto Aftermarket Industry products and applications is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
