Global Territory Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Territory Sales Representative. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and revenue in the East of China region.
About the RoleThis role will be responsible for growing Schroff's business in the East of China, including Nanjing and Hefei. You will sell specific products or services to target customers and develop new customers in target verticals, especially in Telecom and Test & Measurement. Additionally, you will develop new partners to increase market share and achieve AOP targets.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to understand the market and application well, use your knowledge to find out more potential opportunities and convert them into revenue. You will also fill market gaps and gain market share in the area, knows the competitors' situation in the market, and communicate with the supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent work experience, minimum five years working experience in sales/marketing position, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure, have good technical understanding, and be market sensitive. A positive and high-passion working attitude is a must.
