Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for selling global patent database software services and Clarivate innovation solutions to enterprises, governments, research institutions, and universities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Effectively manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
- No less than 3 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent skills in identifying client business needs, delivering high-quality solutions, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day with regular overtime required. Travel may be necessary for business purposes.
