Job Overview

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and features, and communicate this knowledge to customers effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
