International Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Summary
As a CN Sales Representative for Oregon Tool, you will be responsible for meeting territory sales targets, monitoring competitive activities, and providing product training to distributors, dealers, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet territory sales targets
- Monitor competitive activities and organize adequate reporting
- Provide product training/demonstration to distributors, dealers, and end-users as required
- Promote Blount products and participating in technical clinics and field days
- Gather product warranty claims in the field and report
- Monitor field inventories
- Maintain an awareness of the business climate for our industry and products
- Promote brand awareness of Blount's products
- Upgrade product technical/application information for local market
- Recommend and implement product promotion opportunities as appropriate
- Recommend required sales aids to get the job done right
- Ensure that the company's assets are responsibly maintained and safely taken care of
- Observe expense budget and corporate travel & entertainment policy's guidelines
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints
- Maintaining records on area and customer sales
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in international business, Science or relevant specialty
- 2 to 5 years working experience as Sales Representative or relative experience
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with team spirit
- Ability to work on multiple task and finish within tight deadline
- Fluent oral and written English is a plus
- Good at office software, especially word, excel, acrobat, and etc.
- Independent personality with great problem-solving skills, desire for responsibility and willingness to travel
