About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Automotive Industry Account Representative to join our Business Development team in China. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in automotive business, customer-facing experience, negotiation skills, and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Mobileye's representative for multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in China, including BYD and GAC.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and intra-departmental contacts.
  • Promote Mobileye solutions to C-OEMs and Tier 1s, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Identify and acquire information on ADAS opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of ADAS RFQs and tenders, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, settlements, and agreements with Tier 1s and OEMs, leveraging negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
  • Establish intermediary technical and commercial communication between the OEM/Tier 1 and Mobileye's headquarters, facilitating smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, reporting trends and escalations to Mobileye China management, making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate verbally and via email to execute responsibilities, building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set meetings with OEM executives and Mobileye executives, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7 years' experience in business roles within the automotive industry, preferably in ADAS-related fields.
  • Strong connections with BYD and GAC, with a deep understanding of the Chinese market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with automotive-related contracts.
  • BA/BSc degree from a leading university (MSc/MBA is an advantage).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and fluent Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within China, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Previous experience working with Mobileye is an advantage.
  • Strong business and technical orientation, with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ¥800,000 - ¥1,200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
