About the Role:
- You will develop and execute our services and offerings in the Mining and Metals industry, understanding the challenges faced by client executives in leading organizations and designing solutions that effectively support clients' transformation journey.
- You will have a strategic and client-facing engagement role across the consulting value chain, leading and/or supporting business development efforts, project execution and account development.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing go-to-market strategies to support national business growth in collaboration with the consulting teams.
- Collaborating closely with global teams to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies bringing global best practices into the China market and clients.
- Working with the consulting teams to lead business development activities, providing expert support in the development of client proposals.
- Providing expert advisory support in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements.
- Maintaining relationships with senior client executives and collaborating with the account team to deepen and expand relationships.
- Participating in internal and external functional and/or industry networks to develop new business working with the Marketing and Practice Teams.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of rich hands-on operation management or management consulting experience, including setting strategies, developing operational roadmaps, integrating into business units and functions, and supporting implementation activities.
- The ability to develop new business and manage complex engagements from end to end.
- Deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and the ability to leverage it externally.
- A proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executive levels with demonstrated history of account revenue growth.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment.
Competitive Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
