In this role, you will lead projects from initial thought process through convergence on a solution, ensuring that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.

About the Job

The Engagement Manager position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience.

You will need to have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.

A strong background in strategic problem-solving, analytical skills, and AMI industry knowledge are preferred.

You should also be able to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and present to senior executives with confidence.

This role demands great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships, including owning and developing executive client relationships.

Requirements

  • Manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation, and analyses.
  • Support our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution.
  • Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
  • For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $150,000 and $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
