Job Overview

At DuPont Sustainable Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager China to lead our operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

$120,000 - $180,000 per year salary

This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of our clients' needs and expectations. As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will be responsible for translating these requirements into actionable projects with successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client challenges, design effective solutions to bring real-world value to clients.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client expectations are fully met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, positioning DuPont Sustainable Solutions as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with Principals to develop new business leads and opportunities.
  • Identify issues and risks, examine alternatives, and pursue optimal courses of action to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
  • Lead and direct junior resources, overseeing the quality of project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rich hands-on operation management or management consulting experience.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage complex engagements from end to end.
  • Deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters, leveraged externally.
  • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants, guiding them to achieve business and client objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
