Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to lead commercial excellence programs across Asia Pacific, driving sales productivity and secured order growth. This role will involve planning, deployment, and execution of commercial strategies, working closely with sales leadership and other functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the region sales operations team, consisting of process & applications and business partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of core commercial cadences, working standards, and best practices across content, tools, data, process, and enablement.
  • Implement technology and process improvements to refine and simplify the sales ecosystem, leveraging salesforce.com and other tools.
  • Provide standard work and insights for commercial reviews and business planning discussions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject with at least 10 years of demonstrable business experience in senior commercial roles/functions.
  • Experience managing or matrix directing a distributed sales organization in a multi-line business.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to present convincingly to peers, executives, partners, and customers.
  • Exceptional enterprise leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and associated technologies.
Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
