About the Role

The E-commerce Director for Omnichannel Expansion will spearhead the growth of e-business across China. In this strategic capacity, you will oversee the entire e-commerce spectrum, from identifying opportunities to developing innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement expansive e-commerce strategies to propel business growth, invigorate online customer engagement, and boost sales.
  • Omnichannel Alignment: Align e-commerce objectives with broader marketing tactics to enhance e-commerce sales and omnichannel performance.
  • Integrated E-commerce Oversight: Oversee the e-commerce ecosystem with a holistic lens, supporting processes and workflows as needed.
  • Innovation and Development: Pioneer the development of novel E-commerce solutions and online customer sales strategies that amplify e-business and enrich online customer experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Unify the efforts of e-commerce pillars to ensure a cohesive and horizontally integrated strategy across e-commerce initiatives.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven background in an omnichannel environment. Your experience in ecom strategy, online sales, customer operations, and project management is crucial for success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [8-10 years] of experience in a senior leadership role within e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and improving customer experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaborative skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and direct reports.
  • Superior analytical prowess, with proficiency in MS Office for data-driven analysis and strategic development.
  • Good communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, facilitating effective cross-cultural interactions.

Hermès offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and incentives.
