Overview:
PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader, driven by our purpose to be the world's premier consumer-focused food and beverage company. We are seeking a highly experienced R&D professional to lead innovation efforts in Asia Pacific for our Energy and Sport Drinks platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior R&D leader, you will work closely with regional functional teams, marketing, insight, and supply chain teams to drive innovation delivery on our Energy and Sport Drinks platforms. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the region.

You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional project teams to identify and prioritize innovations that meet our business objectives. You will also collaborate with our Shanghai R&D center to leverage its capabilities and develop innovative solutions for the region.

Additionally, you will provide technical support to achieve productivity initiatives on our Energy and Sport Drinks platforms, ensure technical discipline and adherence to processes, and build technical capability on these platforms for APAC.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering, excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and at least 2 years of direct experience in beverage product development. Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a goal-oriented, self-motivated, team player mindset. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will be able to effectively communicate complex ideas and drive results through collaboration and influence.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of R&D methodology, process, or innovation tools that apply to R&D projects/activities. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously will be valuable assets. A passion for new techniques and continuous learning will also contribute to your success in this position.

Benefits:

PepsiCo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
