Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our industry solutions team in China. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales, account management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets;
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects, identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence in the market;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve results;
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in major account sales or related fields such as EDA, CAE, PLM, or engineering;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier university;
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding performance expectations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
- Familiarity with the Chinese market and industry landscape, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the region;
