Sales Director of Aircraft Engines

Job Description
As a Sales Director of Aircraft Engines, you will be responsible for ensuring good relations and coordination between the two Partners for commercial and marketing actions in the Americas region. You will contribute to the Sales strategy for the Region with GE, and participate with the local sales teams to all commercial events in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Sales strategy for the Region with GE.
- Participate with the local sales teams to all commercial events in the region.
- Develop your relational and personal network with all Entities at all levels.
- Discuss and propose to GE the best suited strategy to each deal, in accordance with SAE commercial policy.
- Prepare all campaign elements to facilitate internal financial analysis and its approvals.
- Detect hard points in operations between GE and Safran Aircraft Engines and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or business administration.
- Fluent in both English and French. Native Chinese speaker.
- 10-year or above experience in sales and/or aftersales role, at least 5 years in aeronautic industry.
- Ability to travel in China and abroad.
- Strong learning ability and communication skills.
