Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed;
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities;
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning;
- Evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience;
