We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Director to join our team in Shanghai/Beijing. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with world-leading research solutions like Web of Science, InCites, and ProQuest.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in personal target-based B2B direct sales, with a strong understanding of the information industry and research market. A Bachelor's degree in STM (double class university) is required, and fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

A successful Key Account Director will be responsible for exploring new logos and upselling new solutions to corporate segmentations, leading account expansion with internal shareholders, and improving customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.

Our team focuses on expanding account revenue size in existing key academic accounts and corporate segmentations. We provide a hybrid model with flexible working time, requiring 2-3 days of office or client visits per week.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
