Job Summary:

The Regional Director Protective Solutions will lead the strategic direction of the Protective Packaging Solutions business unit in Asia, driving growth opportunities and managing profitability.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the business unit, aligning objectives with the company's overall goals to drive long-term success and market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and strategic market development, executing a vision and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Protective Packaging Solutions business unit.
  • Drive profitable growth through market analysis, innovative product development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the profitability of the business through gross profit management and strategic pricing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution and deliver return on investments.
  • Develop and maximize strategic relationships with industry bodies and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of directly related work experience in a similar industry.
  • Existing market expertise in the industry or a proven ability to quickly learn.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and strategic market development.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team leadership skills to build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team.
