Siemens Healthineers is a leading healthcare company that pioneers breakthroughs in the field. We are looking for a Strategic Healthcare Solutions Manager to join our team in China.

Job Overview

The Strategic Healthcare Solutions Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with defined goals related to schedule, quality, and budget. This role will also involve formulating and managing the execution of DX business strategies, ensuring market transparency and coordinating internal resources for project support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with defined goals related to schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Formulate and manage the execution of DX business strategies, ensuring market transparency and coordinating internal resources for project support.
  • Execute global projects in China, such as HPS, Hoshi Kanri, and Pricing Excellence, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery in line with the global framework. Track progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the contact point for global projects and China-specific topics, maintaining direct communication with the global division to support regional implementation of strategic programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior work experience in strategic planning/innovation/market research/business development, healthcare experience or consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in operation digitalization field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management is highly preferred with proven record.
  • Strong business mindset, creative thinking, analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability of ownership, identify, and remove roadblocks regardless of direct responsibilities.
  • Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office software, strong presentation skills and able to visualize complex contents.
  • Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred.
  • Major in healthcare related is preferred.

Estimated Salary:

RMB 600,000 - RMB 900,000 per year.
