Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager is a key member of business leadership responsible for driving growth strategies in assigned regions. Working closely with global product management teams and regional commercial leaders, this role focuses on developing and executing strategies to deliver financial and share gain targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global product management & regional commercial teams to drive strategy execution and delivery of financial targets.
  • Act as primary liaison between regional commercial leadership, strategic account management, and BU LoB leaders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Create, execute, and monitor regional initiatives aligned with defined objectives, setting KPIs, defining analytics, and prioritizing initiatives linked to BTSOs and core business strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with the electronic assembly industry.
  • 5+ years' experience in product and marketing management with expertise in PCB assembling materials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel 30% of working time or more.
  • Thorough understanding of our products and procedures.
