Job Summary

We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to join our team in China. As the head of client engagement and events, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, enhancing our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Design and deliver high-quality events that align with our brand values and showcase our products.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our client engagement and event strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in client engagement, events management, or a related field.Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Familiarity with the luxury fashion industry and understanding of Gucci's brand values and mission.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately ¥1,200,000 - ¥1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in China.
