Global Business Development and Partnership Director

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development and Partnership Director to lead our financial and business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for defining corporate objectives and developing long-range plans to achieve growth and financial profitability through strategic partnerships and licensing agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Partnership Management: Identify, investigate, and analyze potential partnership opportunities and negotiate deals with key stakeholders.
- Licensing Agreements: Manage on-going licensing agreements to extract maximum value from relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000, depending on location and qualifications.
