We are seeking a highly skilled Global Partnership Automation Specialist to join our team at Impact.com.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, utilizing your expertise to provide creative solutions and improve product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance client experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS companies, marketing, or partnership development.
  • Proficiency in English language skills (written and verbal) for daily communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for digging deep into complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, enabling you to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Organized, time-efficient, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and other productivity tools.
  • Prior experience with API, FTP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and participate in flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
