Global Patient Advocacy Partnership Manager

Job OverviewThis position will be responsible for managing relationships with local patient advocacy groups (PAGs), establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing programs with high impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify patient needs through strategic mapping of local influential PAGs and establish professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships strategy with local PAGs, including innovative solutions to address patient needs and priorities.
- Implement partnership programs with high impact and efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Serve as Biogen's focal person for managing relations with local PAGs and maintaining a positive company reputation.
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patient advocacy or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, with a good understanding of the industry.
- Proven record in establishing strategic partnerships and implementing high-impact programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and excellent writing skills in English and Chinese.
- Quick learner with strong self-motivation and willingness to travel frequently.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
