The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager of Partnerships, you will drive revenue growth by managing strategic partnerships with third-party providers across the Booking Holdings brands (Agoda and Booking.com).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize existing partnerships to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Develop new partnership opportunities and negotiate partnership deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and ensure business fulfillment.
  • Support the broader Strategic Partnership team through knowledge sharing and project initiation.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance partnership performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in partnership management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through partnerships.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through partnerships, leading to revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management.
  • Ability to communicate value proposition to external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing B2B partnerships and developing business relationships is a plus.
  • SQL skills is preferred.
