About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand communications efforts as a Senior Brand Communications Strategist. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing annual and project-based communications plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and elevate corporate branding.

Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling brand communications materials, including clinical data readouts, speeches/talking points, press releases, and product fact sheets.
  • Manage product-related issues and crisis communication, monitoring negative impact on business and proposing effective communication strategies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with influential media outlets, identifying opportunities for proactive communications and delivering key messages of our products and disease to stakeholders.
  • Design patient activation strategies to maximize reach and measure the effectiveness of brand and patient advocacy communications programs.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a communications role, encompassing brand and patient advocacy communications.
  • Exceptional writing and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Superior business acumen and ability to translate business goals into innovative communications solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent team-work skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
