Global Retail Sales Director - B&W China Market Expansion

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Retail Sales Director to lead our retail sales expansion in the China market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing a team of retail professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing, particularly in retail sales development, distributor management, and consumer point-of-sale sell-out management.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader with excellent analysis and logical ability, clear structured thinking, and strong business acumen.
  • Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
