International Business Development Director

PeopleCert is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of International Business Development Director. This key position entails driving business expansion and fostering strong relationships with decision-makers from training organizations, universities, and corporations worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-graduate degree in IT, preferably an MBA
  • Over 15 years' experience in spearheading new business development at corporate levels, with a proven track record of successful transactions
  • Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with executives, external constituents, and various business functions across diverse cultures
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level certification desired)
  • Advanced computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing strategic partnerships and agreements with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  2. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives to expand market presence
  3. Designing and implementing targeted sales strategies to achieve maximum B2B market penetration of PeopleCert products
  4. Facilitating issue resolution and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with support teams
  5. Promoting PeopleCert's portfolio of certifications through participation in trade shows and conventions
