Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Service Quality Excellence team in China. The ideal candidate will have experience in the semiconductor business, specifically in Professional Field Service Operations and Quality management systems.
About the Role
- Leverage your expertise to drive service quality excellence in China, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing effective solutions.
- Develop and improve quality systems, ensuring alignment with ASML's global standards and facilitating audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain internal quality dashboards, aligning with ASML headquarters on targets and KPIs.
- Analyze customer feedback and root causes of quality issues to develop targeted programs for improvement.
- Assess and improve Quality within the region and upstream, driving data-based initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Quality management systems, preferably in a high-tech business-to-business environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Able to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
