**Overview of the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our China operations as the Head of China. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of our investment platform in the region.

The Opportunity

This leadership role offers a unique chance to build and shape our investment platform in China from the ground up. You will oversee a small team of 3 junior investment professionals, focusing on their development and aligning them with our growth objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow our China platform, representing Unity Partners in the region.
  • Manage and develop the local investment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive fundraising initiatives, particularly for our RMB fund, packaging and strategizing its unique value proposition.
  • Originate and execute investments in AI, robotics, SaaS, and software, aligning with our sector strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with LPs and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability for the fund.
  • Participate in events and partnerships to promote the platform's visibility and credibility in the China market.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Chinese nationality (required), with strong knowledge of the local investment landscape.
  • Significant experience in growth equity, private equity, or venture capital (small to mid-sized funds preferred).
  • Proven track record in fundraising and building relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
  • Deep understanding of sector strategy, particularly in technology investments (AI, robotics, SaaS, software).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop a platform from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the fund and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive base salary of up to HKD 1.5 million per year, complemented by a performance-driven bonus of up to 6 months' cash compensation.
