Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco-based network systems and experience working in a medium to large-sized network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations on Cisco-based network systems (LAN/WAN/VoIP) independently and collaborate with regional support teams and vendors.
  • Conduct network system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support regional network teams on incident handling.
  • Submit network documentation and update system information.
  • Prepare network system capacity reports.
  • Maintain network assets and update inventory.
  • Coordinate regional projects and provide support.
  • Deploy network system projects and implement network-related projects in China.

Requirements:

  • Cisco-based network system knowledge and practical experience, with 3-5 years of working experience in a daily operation on a medium or large-sized network environment.
  • CCNP or above certification.
  • Self-motivated and highly responsible.
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented.
  • Awareness of QA and information security.
  • Documentation accountability.
  • Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.
  • Strong English skills in both oral and written communication.
