Corporate Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Stefanini. This role will be responsible for providing hardware and software support services to our clients, including break/fix and troubleshooting of end-user systems, printers, and peripherals.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures to ensure system security.
- Diagnose and repair printer and peripheral device failures.
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from PCs to the network.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software as required.
- Set up and troubleshoot audio/video equipment such as projectors and video conference equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; typically 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of multiple manufacturers and operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (if travel is required).
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and engage in labor-related duties.
