Key Account Director

We are seeking a Key Account Director to oversee key client relationships in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction within their portfolio.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will own the account plan, drive sales activities, and partner with our consulting and delivery management function to deliver high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing accounts, strong market knowledge, and experience in innovation & CX strategy, experience design, digital products, digital platforms, or technology/data consulting.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent business experience is preferred.
