Key Account Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by serving as a dedicated point of contact for Service Management and problem resolution.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with our clients. As a Key Account Liaison Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Improve customer satisfaction by enhancing service quality and creating engaging experiences for both customers and employees.
- Promote organic growth by collaborating with customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Maintain service standards and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing a customer-facing function, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the Central Lab and Clinical Trial supplies market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to train and mentor colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
